Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Supply Chain Information Technology Computer Science Systems Analysis or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in business analysis system analysis ERP functional consulting or product analysis with complex cross-functional ownership
- 4+ years in distribution domains such as Supply Chain Sales Purchasing Warehousing Inventory Management or E-commerce
- Experience leading the requirements lifecycle from discovery through release with user stories acceptance criteria process flows and mockups
- Experience working with developers quality teams and business users including acceptance testing and functionality validation
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to decompose complex systems identify dependencies risks and tradeoffs
- Strong written and verbal communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills in English
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities navigate ambiguity and provide functional guidance to peers
- Quality-focused mindset curiosity and ability to model user behavior identify flaws and learn quickly
- Availability to work primarily in the Eastern Time Zone with occasional flexibility

Day to day
- Lead discovery and solution design for complex cross-functional ERP initiatives in the Vertrax Energy product team.
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications user stories workflows mockups and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with developers QA technical writers support and implementation teams to deliver scalable testable functionality and improve product readiness.
