Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications
- Demonstrated senior-level ownership of a workforce management or comparable platform at scale
- Experience designing and maintaining integrations across HR payroll and enterprise data platforms using APIs middleware or custom pipelines
- Proficiency in Python or equivalent scripting for automation
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data analysis
- Experience with cloud data warehouse environments a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS payroll or ERP platforms; Workday experience preferred
- Experience with production monitoring alerting and incident response
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and service commitments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Able to guide work across remote cross-functional teams
- Highly self-motivated detail-oriented and able to prioritize effectively

Day to day
- Own the day-to-day operations of an enterprise Workforce Management platform supporting 1,000+ locations across multiple healthcare brands.
- Design and maintain integrations and automations that connect HR payroll financial and data warehouse systems while reducing manual work and improving reliability.
- Lead incident response platform health monitoring vendor escalations and cross-functional coordination to keep business-critical applications stable and scalable.
