Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in Operations, Process Design, Product Management, Program/Project Management, Strategy Consulting OR equivalent experience.
• Documented ability as a project manager who can prioritize multiple activities to deliver on project scope and schedule.
• Prior experience working across engineering, business planning, and operations executive teams to clearly communicate improvement ideas and significant business impact, and obtain buy-in to improvement opportunities.

What the job involves

• Collaborate with engineering, product business planners, finance, product marketing, and senior leaders to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
• Identify, design, build and operationalize initiatives to drive improved scale, agility, and accuracy in product launch processes.
• Project manage workstreams to completion with predictability, transparency, and clarity.
• Manage teams of stakeholders from different organizations towards a common goal and timeline.
• Continuously listen and learn to surface additional high-impact workstreams
