- Experience in a client-facing role
- Manage multiple clients with monthly budgets from $50,000-$500,000+ per client
- Proficiency with Excel Google Analytics TripleWhale and Shopify backend
- Strong knowledge of Meta TikTok and LinkedIn Ads Manager
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and use attribution tools
- Ability to independently resolve mid-level escalations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience creating A/B tests and advanced audience segmentation
- Experience training and mentoring junior team members
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Must obtain Meta Blue Print and TikTok certifications within six months
