Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience including full-cycle accounting responsibilities
  • Prior experience in a CAS firm outsourced accounting environment or public accounting role serving multiple clients
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with business owners and executives
  • Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting and financial statement preparation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online across multiple client entities

Day to day

  • Manage a portfolio of client engagements and act as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients
  • Prepare monthly financial packages with variance analysis financial insights and actionable recommendations
  • Support client onboarding improve workflows and help identify financial risks cash flow concerns and process inefficiencies
