Extensive experience in Partner/Alliance Business Development and recruitment
Ability to Operate at CxO and Board level with Partners/Consulting Practices
Knowledge and experience of the Partner/VAR and Influencer landscape across the Regions
Excellent Written and verbal Communication skills
Ability to operate in a networked/Matrix environment
Self-starter with can-do, will-do attitude
Results driven
Knowledge of manufacturing sector preferable
What the job involves
Increase the Go-To-Market Capacity and Coverage with Reseller Partners
Develop Strategic Influencer relationships to deliver Incremental Opportunities
Recruit new mid-sized Reseller partners and key Industry Influencers with experience in Manufacturing and Distribution Sectors, as well as in ERP, ECM, CPQ, and MES areas
Deliver incremental Pipeline and RFI/RFP opportunities for sales teams
