What the job involves

  • Support the Financial Planning team by participating in daily team meetings and leading them as required.
  • Efficiently and professionally respond to queries from clients and other parties.
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to gather necessary information.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities within the client administration team.
  • Participate in process development and improvement of proprietary CRM and back-office systems.
