Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT environments
- Advanced experience in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure AWS or GCC
- Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 identity platforms or related infrastructure technologies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex cross-platform technical issues
- Strong documentation communication and collaboration skills

Day to day
- Designs implements and maintains enterprise cloud and infrastructure solutions across Azure Microsoft 365 and related platforms
- Provides advanced Tier 3/4 troubleshooting root-cause analysis and technical leadership for complex security availability and compliance issues
- Leads migrations upgrades integrations and governance efforts while advising stakeholders mentoring staff and improving operational maturity
