Who you are

  • Experience with at least two Oracle HCM Cloud projects
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll expertise
  • Configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards
  • Minimum 3 years UK residency for SC requirements
  • Creating and developing sales bid responses and demos

Desirables

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management or Time & Labour knowledge
  • E-Business Suite HRMS knowledge
  • ITIL process knowledge
  • Wider HR processes experience
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications


What the job involves

  • Provide design solutions and guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud payroll projects.
  • Offer expertise on best practices for client delivery as part of Managed Service.
  • Document solutions and work independently with strong documentation skills.
  • Provide training and coaching for colleagues.
