- Oracle Cloud HCM - Payroll
- Experience with at least 2 HCM Cloud projects
- 3 years UK residency for SC vetting
- Configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards
- Documenting solutions
- Creating and developing sales bid responses and pre-sales preparation and demos
Desirables
- Oracle Cloud HCM - Absence Management
- Oracle Cloud HCM - Time & Labour
- Knowledge of any other HCM Cloud modules
- E-Business Suite HRMS knowledge
- ITIL process knowledge
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
- Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
What the job involves
- Design solutions and provide guidance on best practices for successful delivery of chosen solutions as part of an ongoing Managed Service
- Provide day to day application support for a variety of clients
- Offer expert advice on Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps
- Document solutions and work independently while managing remote end-user interactions
