Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in pharmaceutical and medical device marketing sales or business development roles.
  • Ability to influence third-party organizations in developing robust planning.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities with a forward-looking perspective.
  • Strong communication leadership and collaboration skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of differing healthcare systems across the EU region including reimbursement and policy.
  • Adept at adapting plans effectively for optimal impact across multiple geographies.
  • Experienced in relationship management and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence without authority including experience gaining senior leader perspectives and support.
  • Strong contributor to the leadership team.
  • Fluent in English with a second language preferred.
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40-50% of the time.



What the job involves

  • Responsible for achieving commercial goals in select distributor markets without a direct presence in Europe.
  • Effectively manage distributors to implement commercial market access and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and onboard suitable partners in expansion markets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support distributor partners in achieving joint commercial goals.
  • Lead business development pricing and commercial policy in distributor markets.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans and quarterly forecast accuracy.
  • Provide accurate demand planning for markets.
  • Manage operating expenses (OPEX) budget.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and distributor policies.
  • Seek local business development and partnership opportunities.
  • Work with distributors to implement commercial marketing and market access strategy.
