Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor with 5-10 years PQE
- Generalist mindset across multiple areas of law
- Experience advising on commercial contracts corporate matters compliance employment law intellectual property and commercial leases
- Experience using AI tools especially Claude to improve workflows
- Exposure to firm management and compliance
- Experience in corporate law
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
- Clear warm communication without unnecessary jargon
- Comfort in a flexible fast-moving environment

Day to day
- Provide practical legal advice to SME clients across commercial contracts corporate matters compliance employment law intellectual property and commercial leases
- Draft and review client documents and contracts while negotiating agreements that help businesses move forward confidently
- Offer proactive legal insight support a diverse client base and contribute to firm management and internal process improvement
