Ability to turn complex or technical topics into simple compelling narratives
Strong understanding of Web3 including DeFi tokenization stablecoins blockchain infrastructure crypto markets and institutional adoption
Excellent writing and editing across press releases pitches messaging documents Q&As briefing materials and executive talking points
Highly organized and execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple announcements stakeholders and timelines at once
Comfortable working directly with senior executives and preparing them for high-stakes media moments
Experience working in-house at an agency or across both
Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment with EST overlap

Own media strategy and execution for major Chainlink announcements across DeFi banking capital markets and institutional adoption
Translate complex technical and market infrastructure developments into clear compelling narratives for mainstream business financial crypto and trade audiences
Build relationships with journalists editors producers and bookers while coordinating pitching embargoes spokesperson prep interviews and post launch reporting
Partner with cross functional teams including product legal marketing business development policy ecosystem and content to ensure accurate and strategically aligned external communications
