Bachelor's degree in communications public policy marketing journalism public relations or related field
3–5 years of experience in policy communications public policy public relations or related field
Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats
Ability to translate complex policy technical and regulatory information into clear accurate communications
Ability to develop strategic messaging and execute communications plans
Experience using engagement data and insights to evaluate performance and adjust strategies
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly during high-volume periods like Open Enrollment
Experience collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders to ensure accurate priority-aligned messaging
Familiarity with health insurance ACA state-based marketplaces or health care industry is strongly preferred
Bilingual skills in Spanish are strongly preferred
Experience using Wordpress Salesforce Marketing Cloud HubSpot CRM marketing automation tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Develop and execute strategic policy and internal communications that support organizational priorities and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Translate health policy information product updates and enrollment details into clear audience-focused messaging across multiple channels.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage rapid-response communications Open Enrollment planning and high-volume time-sensitive initiatives.
Support strategy creation for policy and internal communications and monitor engagement metrics to refine messaging impact.
