- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills

- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams on new hire offers promotions and market adjustments
- Conduct job benchmarking analysis and salary administration
- Participate in Human Resources and Compensation related projects including the Annual Compensation Planning cycle
- Provide analytical support for compensation programs including data analysis and reporting
- Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures
