  • Experience with compensation tools such as Comptryx IPAS required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

What the job involves

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams on new hire offers promotions and market adjustments
  • Conduct job benchmarking analysis and salary administration
  • Participate in Human Resources and Compensation related projects including the Annual Compensation Planning cycle
  • Provide analytical support for compensation programs including data analysis and reporting
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures
