Who you are

  • 5+ years experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
  • Strong analytical skills with large datasets
  • Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles
  • Experience in fast-paced/hi-tech organizations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, or related field

Desirables

  • Compensation-specific work experience
  • Certification such as CCP or CECP
  • Experience in high-tech organizations
