Day to day
- Deliver strategic and commercially focused employment law advice to founders investors and senior management teams
- Work closely across the firm on corporate-led matters where employment issues are integral
- Support M&A and transactional matters including employment due diligence and employment-related deal issues
- Draft and negotiate employment contracts consultancy agreements and workplace policies
- Advise on senior appointments exits settlement agreements disputes redundancies restructures TUPE and tribunal claims
