Day to day

  • Deliver strategic and commercially focused employment law advice to founders investors and senior management teams
  • Work closely across the firm on corporate-led matters where employment issues are integral
  • Support M&A and transactional matters including employment due diligence and employment-related deal issues
  • Draft and negotiate employment contracts consultancy agreements and workplace policies
  • Advise on senior appointments exits settlement agreements disputes redundancies restructures TUPE and tribunal claims
