Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Public Health or related discipline required
- Master’s degree in a related discipline strongly preferred
- At least 5 years of progressively increasing experience in publicly-funded healthcare
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in hospital finance healthcare reimbursement consulting auditing or related field
- Detailed knowledge of Medicare reimbursement methodologies including cost reporting and add-on payment programs
- Strong understanding of Medicaid programs and supplemental payment structures
- Advanced data analytics and Excel skills including financial modeling and data validation
- Ability to translate complex regulatory and financial concepts clearly
- Strong project management time management and communication skills

Day to day
- Provides expert support in hospital finance with a focus on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, cost reporting, and supplemental payment programs.
- Delivers technical analysis, develops and validates financial models, and performs advanced data analytics to support client deliverables and strategic decisions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages client communications and projects, and contributes to business development and proposal development efforts.
