Day to day
- Own the end-to-end technical solution across client engagements, from design and planning through delivery and adoption.
- Lead workshops with senior stakeholders, using structured problem-solving to cut through ambiguity and produce clear recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, manage complex relationships, and shape client decisions with confidence and commercial awareness.
- Mentor junior consultants, contribute to sales and proposals, and drive continuous improvement across delivery practices.
