Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 3–6+ years of relevant accounting or consulting experience
- Strong understanding of month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Experience managing client relationships and/or project-based work
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills
- Experience with cloud-based accounting systems preferred

Day to day
- Partner directly with clients across industries to deliver accurate month-end close and day-to-day bookkeeping support.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and supporting documentation that help clients understand performance and make decisions.
- Develop and improve workflows, internal controls, and accounting processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Manage project-based work, coach team members, and communicate clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
