Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 7+ years experience in project management OR equivalent experience
• 7+ years experience in leading complex digital transformation initiatives focused on public cloud-based CRM tools
• 7+ years consulting experience with large global matrix organizations
• 5+ years direct sales enablement experience
• 7+ years experience in retail, manufacturing, or financial services industries

Desirables

• PMP or PgMP certification
• 8+ years financial management experience
• Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification
• Experience creating and managing IP
• Relevant industry certification

What the job involves

• Manages solution deliveries and secures resources for project delivery across lifecycle phases, including cloud consumption and usage, delivery management.
• Leads steering committee meetings with strategic customers, supports strategic relationships ensuring service delivery is on track, and manages fiscal responsibility within the project portfolio.
• Participates in the use of intellectual property by recommending improvements, contributing to complex IP, and driving standardization across IP.
• Engages with executives to manage escalations, collaborates with teams to manage customer relationships, and drives customer satisfaction.
• Drives project initiation for high complexity projects, oversees customer and partner resources, participates in pre-sales processes, and develops detailed project management plans for complex projects.
• Orchestrates broad metrics on large projects, manages risks, ensures timely completion and quality deliverables, manages finances, and drives process improvement by sharing lessons learned.
• Identifies opportunities to drive consumption and delivery, ensures deals are structured appropriately, owns financial health of projects, and supports business growth.
