Role


Who you are

  • 10+ years of marketing management experience (minimum)
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent, Master's degree preferred, or relevant additional experience
  • Advanced knowledge in marketing principles, brand, product, and communications management
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing strategies to drive growth
  • Extensive experience in developing one-to-one communication on a mass scale
  • Experience working closely with media teams or agencies
  • Preferred experience with brands focused on entertainment, culture or youth
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong initiative, creativity, sense of drive and ambition
  • Ability to get results across multiple parallel processes and regions
  • Experience handling projects in different stages of maturity with stakeholders in commercial, product, and engineering teams
  • Experience with subscription-based, loyalty, or rewards-based programs is a plus

What the job involves

  • Drive the global consumer marketing strategy and positioning for FACEIT and its product portfolio
  • Expand adoption of FACEIT by driving new user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Lead go-to-market campaigns for FACEIT with end-to-end accountability for targeting, positioning, and execution
  • Develop a global view of FACEIT users through insights and analytics to inform channel and content plan
  • Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively to meet business performance targets
  • Drive global rollout and adoption of a new rebranding strategy for FACEIT
  • Lead efforts for integrated cross-functional plans in collaboration with various marketing peers
  • Build effective relationships with relevant external agencies and stakeholders
