Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing experience OR equivalent experience
Experience in content strategy, planning, development, and reviews
Lead RFP process, make agency selections, open purchase orders and partner with agencies across the content development cycle
Conduct user testing, competitive analysis
Partner with Integrated Marketing Strategist on past performance of assets to determine what to keep and retire
Gather, consolidate, and analyze research/best practices for further insights
Identify content trends, learnings, and insights and share with IM

What the job involves
Develop and execute content strategies supporting the commercial cloud business, specifically for Azure
Define and manage content journeys that attract, nurture, inspire, and retain customers
Leverage customer journey research to understand the target audience and deliver the right content at the right time
Collaborate with various teams including product marketers, channel marketers, relationship marketers, sales, researchers, engineering, and agencies to execute your plan
