Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in controls design BAS/BMS EPMS or mission-critical controls
- Advanced knowledge of EPMS and BMS platforms
- Experience with HVAC controls mechanical systems and mission-critical infrastructure
- Experience developing and reviewing sequences of operation for complex facilities
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems power monitoring systems and controls integration
- Experience managing external design consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics wiring diagrams and controls network diagrams
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills

Day to day
- Lead EPMS and BMS controls design across multiple hyperscale data center projects
- Review controls designs and documentation at key project milestones and resolve review comments
