Requirements
- 5–8+ years as a copywriter or content writer with published work
- Genuine command of AI including agentic AI frontier models and LLMs for enterprise
- Experience writing for B2B enterprise or technical audiences
- Strong range across thought leadership long-form web product and social copy
- Ability to work deeply with product and engineering without hype
- Individual contributor who wants to write not manage
- Based on the U.S. West Coast
- Experience in insurance fintech or another regulated enterprise domain a plus
- Comfort with early-stage or high-growth startup environments

Day to day
- Write authoritative copy about frontier AI, models, and LLM-powered systems for enterprise audiences
- Translate a category point of view into thought leadership, bylines, explainers, and long-form pieces
- Produce web copy, product narratives, social posts, newsletters, and sales-supporting content in a consistent voice
- Ghostwrite CEO and founder POV, op-eds, posts, and talk tracks for insurance AI
- Work closely with product and PMM teams to turn complex capability into precise and credible language
- Own blog content from brief to publish-ready drafts and maintain high editorial quality
