Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
• 5+ years of copywriting, content strategy, or similar role experience
• Proven ability to create engaging, impactful content across social media, email, blogs, and product interfaces
• Strong interest and knowledge in mental health topics, and ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content
• Experience with subject matter experts to develop accurate, relevant content
• Demonstrated success in driving growth and engagement through content strategies
• Proficiency in content management systems and social media management tools
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models such as Midjourney, Dall-E, and Sora for content creation and ideation
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and passion for storytelling
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What the job involves

• Drive an ambitious, fast-paced ‘concept + copy + design' process across performance and non-performance tactics and channels
• Spend half your day ideating interesting, humorous and/or emotionally powerful content, and writing copy across all channels
• Work alongside clinicians to translate complex ideas into punchy social posts, and collaborate with a senior designer to publish impactful social ads
• Be at the center of diverse projects directly tied to quality and growth metrics
