Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Copywriter in a performance marketing or digital marketing role (4+ years)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high-performing marketing copy
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

What the job involves

• Generate innovative and impactful writing that aligns with client goals and target audience insights
• Stay current on best practices per channel and deeply understand how to balance brand ToV with marketing objectives
• Write for Email (flows, campaigns, SMS, pop-ups), Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Display), scripts and help develop storyboards (YouTube, CTV)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media buyers, account managers, creative project managers, and designers, to bring concepts to life
• Ensure quality assurance by reviewing creative deliverables before they are presented to the client
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
• Analyze performance metrics and campaign results to understand the effectiveness of copy and make data-driven adjustments
• Be a leader on the creative team that can help foster growth in other writers on the team
