- 8+ years experience as a Copywriter or similar role
- Experience mentoring or managing team members
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail

- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of WCAG as it applies to email
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Experience with luxury brands or the Financial Services industry is preferred

- Write compelling email marketing content guided by strategy and personalization.
