Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5-10+ years of experience in complex industrial construction or procurement contract negotiations or major project litigation
- Legal advice on the full scope of commercial business issues related to mega-project contract negotiations
- Admission to practice in an appropriate US jurisdiction
- Experience developing high-quality legal documents including agreements letters correspondence and memoranda
- Foreign language skills preferred
- Prior in-house experience preferred

Day to day
- Provide comprehensive legal advice across the full project lifecycle for complex commercial and mega-project agreements
- Draft review and negotiate customer supplier financing and strategic alliance contracts with practical risk-informed guidance
- Represent the company in negotiations and disputes while coordinating with internal teams external counsel and stakeholders globally
