Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 4+ years of legal experience preferably including large law firm and in-house experience
- Strong experience drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience advising business stakeholders on legal and operational risk
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Day to day
- Serve as a key legal partner across the organization, giving practical business-oriented advice on commercial and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including customer vendor partnership and SaaS agreements.
- Support privacy security and compliance work while helping identify and manage legal and operational risks.
- Build scalable legal processes templates and workflows that improve efficiency and support business growth.
