Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 4+ years of legal experience with large law firm and in-house exposure preferred
- Strong experience drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience advising business stakeholders on legal and operational risk
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Day to day
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including customer vendor partnership and SaaS contracts.
- Provide practical legal guidance to sales marketing product HR and leadership teams to support business growth.
- Support privacy security and compliance matters while identifying risks and helping build scalable legal processes templates and workflows.
