Remote Senior Counsel Regulatory Job in UK Kraken Digital Asset Exchange

Who you are

• UK or EU qualified lawyer
• 8+ years of relevant experience applying financial regulations (including MiFID), whether at a law firm or in-house
• Detailed knowledge of MiCA
• Mindset that is team-oriented
• Proactive and entrepreneurial

What the job involves

• Plan and implement company-wide strategy for a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape in the crypto industry
• Guide new product creation and regulatory strategy working with the product, business expansion and strategy teams
• Work with prominent financial services regulators on cutting-edge regulatory issues
• Advise and consult with the business & control functions on their legal obligations under the VASP regime, MICA, MiFID and the EMRs
