2+ years of Enterprise software to a C-level technical audience
6+ years of total sales experience in the tech industry
Ability to manage a strong sales process using both in-person and online presentation tools
Demonstrable experience over-performing in a fast-paced high-velocity sales environment
Adept at understanding and articulating new technologies and mapping the respective value propositions to customer needs
Must speak fluent German
Must be willing to travel to Germany at least once a month
Must be based remotely in the UK or Ireland
Must be able to work and excel in a remote environment
What the job involves
Sales Bootcamp Command of the Message MEDDPIC training
Build solid and strategic relationships with customers within Book of Business to reduce churn and maximise growth potential and customer advocacy
Responsible for a Customer business sales cycle from lead to close through cross-sell and upsell
Understand a customer’s needs and challenges to effectively communicate how HackerOne will address those needs or help solve those challenges
Work closely and collaboratively with Renewals Managers Sales Engineering Customer Success Managers to develop and implement appropriate strategic plans
Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales quotas
Maintain an accurate quarterly sales forecast
Use Salesforce for lead account and opportunity management
