  • Strong background in cloud technology and Linux systems
  • Passionate about technology and customer support
  • Strong identity with our brand and team culture
  • Strong analytical skills and pattern recognition
  • Experience in Customer Success and solutions Architecture roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
  • Ability to balance demands of multiple constituencies, define priorities, set appropriate expectations
  • Working knowledge in areas like Linux, Debian, Ubuntu, Django, Networking, Storage, Virtualization: KVM, Xen
  • Experience with database engines MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
  • Bonus: Certifications such as RHCE, CKA, CKAD
  • Bonus: Experience troubleshooting basic and advanced Kubernetes issues



What the job involves

  • Engage with our largest customers daily solving their problems and ensuring growth on DigitalOcean.
  • Respond to technical and product questions from customers via tickets emails chats or phone calls.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve the customer's experience and help architect HA solutions for fast-growing customers.
