  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business or related field
  • 10+ years experience in customer-facing role
  • Strong technical understanding in customer success management
  • Understanding of fraud prevention space
  • Results-driven with focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
