Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as Enterprise Account Executive or Customer Success Manager
  • Proven track record in relationship building and influencing at executive levels
  • Experience with technical products or ability to learn complex technical concepts
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • High integrity, customer centricity, and team-first mentality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate in a matrix environment
  • Self-driven, curious, and results-oriented
  • Experience with sales and customer success tools preferred
