Day to day
- Own and grow a portfolio of top-earning creators with full accountability for retention and revenue
- Identify churn risks and expansion opportunities using behavioural and performance data
- Share actionable data-driven insights that help creators earn more and improve monetisation outcomes
- Educate creators on new features monetisation tools and best practices while increasing satisfaction and NPS
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Support Moderation Growth and Sales to improve outcomes
