What the job involves

• Responsible for detailed and continuous data analysis identifying problems and opportunities and provide data driven solutions
• Research interpret and analyze diverse and complex data sets
• Implement analytic activities to support decision-making across multiple lines of business
• Implement process improvement initiatives and automation for efficiency where appropriate
• Produce analytical outputs create dashboards and executive summaries and descriptive analytics reports for Senior Leadership
• Collaborate with different lines of business and business functions to understand their analytic needs
• Make the connection between various data sets across Enterprise Information Security to identify organizational gaps
• Design develop and transform the data to support visual analytics
• Act as consultant to propose business solutions and communicate results of analytics
• Own the creation of transformation CIO dashboards and change management reports
• Tell the story across multiple data sets and make the necessary connections to drive change
• Participate in the development of the team’s business strategy and the technical project delivery/roadmap
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business needs and develop dashboards and data visualizations
• Translate highly complex data problems and observations in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Present analysis clearly and consistently using various BI tools
• Evaluate gaps in processes and opportunities for data automation
• Stay current on available software and analytical environments and influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas products and/or approaches
