Requirements
- 5+ years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
- Proven delivery of Power BI solutions in production
- Advanced data modeling skills including star schema and dimensional modeling
- Advanced DAX for complex calculations and performance tuning
- Advanced SQL for extraction transformation validation and optimization
- Experience with enterprise data warehouses and medallion architecture
- Strong understanding of BI performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric analytics capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong documentation and organizational discipline
Day to day
- Own and evolve the enterprise Power BI reporting landscape with a strong focus on semantic models, dashboards, and governed self-service analytics.
- Design scalable BI solutions, optimize performance, and build trusted datasets that support fast and reliable decision-making.
- Partner with data engineering and business teams to translate requirements into clear insights, robust reporting, and continuous BI improvements.
