What you'll be doing...Scalable data platform development in Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, PySpark, Python and MicroservicesMaintaining high quality documentationResearching new cutting edge technologiesDeveloping and improving best practicesMentoring other people in the team
What we'll need from you...Substantial experience in data engineering and azure data servicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience dealing with a variety of customersIn-depth experience in engineering practices/processesBest practice adherenceDeveloping data pipelines, working with APIs, multiple file formats and databases.Specific experience using the following resources and disciplines: Azure Synapse, ASLS2, Azure Data Facotry (including metadata driven pipelines), Azure SQL, Azure Security (e.g. use of private endpoints), CI/CD, Agile Delivery Nice to have: Fabric, Azure Databricks
