Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Data Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of data engineering experience with ownership of scalable pipelines and models
- Strong proficiency with SQL and a data engineering language such as Python
- Experience with pipeline orchestration tools
- Experience designing scalable data models and cloud data platforms such as warehouse or lakehouse

Day to day
- Designs, builds, and owns scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows that power Crexi's data and analytics
- Develops robust data models and improves data quality reliability observability and performance across critical systems
- Partners cross-functionally with analytics ML software and product teams to deliver trustworthy data for products and insights
- Leads resolution of complex data issues mentors engineers and helps strengthen data engineering standards and infrastructure
