Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience
- Strong experience in data engineering data modeling and distributed data processing
- Advanced proficiency in at least one core programming language and framework
- Experience with data warehouses and data lakes including Snowflake and Databricks
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native and DevOps technologies such as Kubernetes Terraform ArgoCD AWS CodeBuild OKTA or OAuth
- Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction within a team environment

Day to day
- Build and scale data platforms that support business intelligence product innovation and operational decision making.
- Design reliable data pipelines and scalable architectures across SQL NoSQL streaming and batch environments.
- Transform complex datasets into actionable insights while improving reliability quality and engineering processes.
- Collaborate with product engineering analytics and technology teams to gather requirements close gaps and mentor engineers.
