  • Strong Python and SQL skills in production environments
  • Experience with Snowflake dbt Dagster Airflow AWS or similar modern data tooling

  • Commitment to testing monitoring alerting and data quality
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in startup or scale-up environments with high ownership and ambiguity
