Requirements
- 5+ years of data engineering experience in cloud-first environments
- Strong hands-on Databricks experience with PySpark and SQL
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Workflows DLT Airflow ADF Glue or Step Functions
- Solid Python and SQL skills
- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Bicep or CloudFormation
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker
- Consulting mindset with strong stakeholder communication skills

Day to day
- Design and build modern data platforms using Databricks Spark Delta Lake and Unity Catalog
- Develop scalable ETL and ELT pipelines across AWS and Azure environments
- Lead data lakehouse implementations cloud migrations and fast-moving client projects
- Own or co-own client relationships mentor engineers support pre-sales and help grow the team
