Requirements
- 6+ years commercial experience in Data Engineering ETL Development or Business Intelligence
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong commercial experience developing and supporting SSIS solutions
- Proven commercial experience with BIML is essential
- Demonstrable experience using BIML to automate SSIS packages in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of ETL design data integration and data warehousing principles
- Advanced SQL development skills including stored procedures performance tuning query optimisation and database design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders

Day to day
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL solutions using SQL Server and SSIS.
- Automate SSIS package generation and maintenance through extensive BIML usage.
- Support and enhance scalable data integration pipelines while optimising performance and troubleshooting issues.
