Remote Senior Data Scientist, Analytics - Ads (Quests) Job in San Francisco, CA Discord

Who you are

• 4+ years of experience in analytics in marketing solutions and advertising
• 4+ years of experience building performant dashboards with proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or similar software
• 3+ years experience writing excellent SQL and Python
• Strong communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in the design, analysis, and interpretation of A/B tests for large-scale user products
• Collaborative approach and a knack for curiosity

Desirables

• Passion for Discord/gaming
• Experience with writing production ETL
• Experience with analytics for social media/subscription services

What the job involves

• Partner with Product & business teams throughout the full lifecycle of our marketing solutions
• Define metrics to understand Quest campaign performance & help identify areas for improvement
• Proactively generate & socialize insights and recommendations with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate closely with data science, machine learning, and engineering teams
• Leverage A/B testing to iterate and improve on the Quests experience
