Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

Day to day
- Analyze public records and real estate data using NLP and machine learning to uncover patterns and cluster entities
- Develop methods to evaluate and select large language models for deployment
- Build predictive models for borrower identification default risk and property valuation to support lending decisions
- Identify new business opportunities by tracking competitor trends and market insights while fostering a test-and-learn culture
- Serve as an analytics consultant partner with technology teams and mentor junior analysts
