Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience or 3 years with a Master’s degree or 2 years with a Ph.D.
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Hands-on experience developing computer vision models for image classification object detection and segmentation
- Experience with computer vision tools such as OpenCV and PyTorch including transfer learning and fine-tuning
- Experience deploying ML models using containerized frameworks such as Docker or Podman
- Proven ability to develop proofs of concept and scale them into production solutions
- Demonstrated ability to present complex concepts to non-technical audiences

Day to day
- Develop complex predictive and computer vision models to improve efficient and sustainable food manufacturing solutions
- Collaborate with data engineers software engineers and business experts to deliver proofs of concept minimum viable products and production deployments across multiple facilities
- Own the full data science lifecycle from exploratory analysis and model development through deployment monitoring and scalable rollout
