Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in applied machine learning or data science
- Proven track record delivering ML or AI capabilities in consumer-facing or enterprise applications
- Experience prototyping optimizing validating and operating machine learning and statistical models at scale
- Knowledge of statistical inference experiment design probability sampling regression classification clustering data mining time series causal inference and deep learning
- Experience with reinforcement learning and multi-armed bandits preferred
- Strong Python-based ML and AI framework skills in a cloud environment
- Familiarity with Git branching code review and CI/CD pipelines
- Databricks experience highly preferred or other cloud platform experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Applied Mathematics Statistics or related field

Day to day
- Develop and deploy applied machine learning and AI models that explain banking customer behavior and improve engagement marketing outcomes
- Validate models rigorously using banking model risk standards including bias checks, disparate impact analysis, privacy controls, and ongoing monitoring
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions within SaaS products
