Day to day
- Take raw inconsistent customer data and build classification and categorisation that enables understanding
- Define and defend metrics to judge model and automation quality
- Design evaluations and robust classifications that scale across customers rather than one-off fixes
- Collaborate with a highly technical engineering team focused on ML and LLM infrastructure while you drive statistical and research thinking
